Order Processing
All orders are processed within 10–14 business days prior to shipment. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using the standard or priority services offered at checkout. The shipping speed selected at checkout applies to transit time only and does not reduce processing time.
Shipping Transit Times
Estimated delivery times begin after shipment confirmation and vary based on carrier and destination. Standard domestic shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment. Priority domestic shipping typically arrives within 1–3 business days after shipment. International delivery times vary and may take several weeks depending on customs processing.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure timely retrieval of delivered packages.
Delivery Confirmation
Delivery confirmation to the shipping address provided at checkout constitutes fulfillment of our obligation. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, including lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
