All orders are freshly made and require 10–14 business days for processing before shipment.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

If your tracking shows delivered but your package is not in hand, please first check around your property, mailbox, parcel locker, porch, side door, and with neighbors or household members. In some cases, carriers mark packages as delivered before they are actually dropped off, so we recommend allowing 24–48 hours for final delivery.

If it still has not turned up, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. You may also reach out to us with your order number so we can review the shipment details with you.

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications.

Because orders move into processing quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to request an update, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number –  Support@donata.co

We will always do our best to help if your order has not yet moved too far into processing.

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address provided at checkout, the customer assumes responsibility for the error.

Returned packages are not eligible for restocking. Once received, a refund will be issued for the product subtotal minus:

• A 20% restocking and administrative fee
• Original shipping costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you prefer to have the order reshipped, additional shipping fees will apply.

To prevent delays or additional charges, please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Our whipped butters are handcrafted in small batches using natural oils and butters that respond to temperature changes.

During warmer months or in transit, your butter may soften, melt, or lose its whipped texture. This does not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the product.

If melting occurs:

• Place the jar in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to re-solidify
• The texture may settle into a balm consistency
• The jar may appear less full due to air loss from whipping

Because the product is weight-filled, you are still receiving the full amount listed on the label.
