We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the order will be refunded for the purchase amount minus 20% and shipping costs, as returned goods cannot be restocked.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Donata Skinfood is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges associated with delivery.

Melted Products and Natural Variations

Because our products are made with real, natural ingredients, texture and appearance may vary. During warmer months, products may soften or melt in transit. This does not affect product quality.

Whipped butters may lose their whipped texture in heat and may appear half full after melting. Once cooled, the product may firm into a smoother, balm-like consistency.

Variations in color, including the use of yellow or white shea butter, may occur based on ingredient sourcing and do not indicate a difference in quality.
