Is there a way to get a refund? The description was not clear at all?

I am not sure where the misunderstanding is as the product page reads 'I am no longer personally selling Sea Moss. Here is an amazing vendor that I trust and purchased from.

You will receive an email of the vendor information once purchase is completed.'

I will also include on that page please purchase one time. I hope that will help future customers understand only one purchase is necessary.

You are more than welcome to email customer support with your full name for a refund of the additional purchases as I don't see any emails regarding this concern on file.

I love EVERY product I have purchased from Donata. However, with this new change in sea moss. It left me confused. I made the mistake of purchasing 3 but I don’t know what happened. What exactly did I purchase? Please help!
